01. Introduction


With the rapid development of semiconductor laser theory, materials, preparation process and packaging technology, as well as the continuous improvement of semiconductor laser power, efficiency, lifetime and other performance parameters, high-power semiconductor lasers, as a direct light source or pump light source, not only have a wide range of applications in the fields of laser processing, laser therapy, laser display, etc., but also have gained important applications in the fields of space optical communication, atmospheric detection, LIDAR, target recognition and so on. High-power semiconductor lasers support the development of many high-tech industries and have been the strategic high point of fierce competition among developed countries.


02. Product Description


Semiconductor laser as the back-end solid-state and Fiber Laser core pumping source, its emission wavelength with the increase in operating temperature and red shift, the amount of change is usually 0.2-0.3nm / ℃, temperature drift will lead to the LD emission spectral lines and solid gain medium absorption spectral lines mismatch, the absorption coefficient of the gain medium is reduced, the laser's output efficiency will be sharply reduced, generally will take a complex temperature control system for the The laser is generally cooled by a complex temperature control system, but the temperature control system increases the size and power consumption of the system.


In order to meet the requirement of miniaturization of lasers for special applications such as unmanned vehicle, laser ranging, LIDAR, etc., we have developed and 

launched the high duty cycle multi-spectral peaks conduction-cooled stacked array series of LM-8xx-Q1600-F-G8-P0.5-0 products. By expanding the number of spectral 

lines of the LD, the solid gain medium absorption is stabilized over a wide temperature range, which is conducive to reducing the pressure of the temperature control 

system, reducing the size and power consumption of the laser, and at the same time ensuring the high energy output of the laser. The product has a high duty cycle and 

a wide operating temperature range, and can work normally under the condition of 2% duty cycle at 75℃ at the highest.


Relying on advanced bare chip testing system, vacuum eutectic bonding, interface material and fusion engineering, transient thermal management and other core technologies, Lumispot Tech can realize precise control of multi-spectral peaks, high working efficiency and advanced thermal management capability to ensure the long term life and high reliability of the array product.

dissipation system, in the increasing pursuit of miniaturization of semiconductor lasers in the trend, our company has successfully developed the 

LM-8xx-Q1600-F-G8-P0.5-0 this innovative product.

This product can accurately control the wavelength range, wavelength spacing, and multiple spectral peaks controllable (≥2 peaks) through the selection of wavelength 

and power of the bar chip by our advanced bare chip testing system. It makes the product's working temperature range wider and pump absorption more stable.

★Thermal Management Technology

For LM-8xx-Q1600-F-G8-P0.5-0 products, we use high thermal conductivity materials that match the CTE of the bar strips to ensure material consistency while ensuring good heat dissipation. The finite element method is used to simulate and calculate the temperature field of the device. By effectively combining transient and steady state thermal simulations, we are able to better control product temperature variations.
